Willard Leslie Howe JR

Willard Leslie Howe Jr, 69, of Sheffield, PA formally of Michigan passed away Monday, April 19, 2021 at his home. He was born in Charlevoix, Michigan on November, 3, 1951. The son of the late Willard Leslie Howe Sr and Carol Kathryn (Most) Howe. He attended East Jorden High School in East Jordan, Michigan. He served his country in the United States Army. Had chosen the profession of truck driver and his career lasted over 48 years until present from JRK trucking. Willard loved the outdoors. He greatly enjoyed hunting and fishing. For many years his passion was that of raising horses, he was an avid collector of firearms and a lifetime member of the (NRA) National Rifle Association. He took great pride in his Harley Davidson and enjoyed taking long rides.

Left behind to cherish Willard’s memory are his son Lee A. Howe and wife Meagan of Michigan, his daughter Laura L. Lewis and husband Craig of Indiana, a sister Mary C. McKinney and husband John of Michigan. Eight grandchildren- Lissa M. Howe, Meagan M. Slone, Adam J. Lewis, Alexandria L. Lewis, Angel L. Howe, Charles E. Turner, Logan m. Turner, and Lilly A. Turner.

There will be no calling hours. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Willard’s family has entrusted the Borden Funeral Home of Sheffield with all the arrangements.
