Obituary
Sheryl R. DeVaul, 70, of Clarendon, Pennsylvania passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 31, 2022, due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident in Union Township, Erie, Pennsylvania. She was born on April 9, 1952, in East Meadow, New York, the daughter of Clarence DeVaul and Irene (Freberg) DeVaul. She was educated in the Levittown Memorial High School. Sheryl was Catholic by faith. Some of her hobbies included cryptoquotes, Sudoku and she loved putting puzzles together. No matter how her day was going, she always had that infectious smile. She will be sadly missed by her sisters and niece.
Left behind to cherish Sheryl’s memory are her family: Denise Sokel, Lance DeVaul, Nona Duran and April Moruka. She was a beloved Aunt to many nieces and nephews as well.
There will be no public visitation or services for Sheryl. A blessing service will be held for the immediate family on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at the Borden Funeral Home of Sheffield with Father Stephen Schreiber of St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church of Sheffield conferring. Entombment will take place at the Pine Lawn Memorial Park, Farmingdale, New York.
