Sharon Dunkle

Sharon S. Dunkle, 70, of Sheffield passed away November 20, 2022, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.  Sharon was born May 26, 1952 in Spartansburg, PA, the daughter of the late Earl Vanderhoff and Barbara “Tort” Williams.  She was a graduate of Youngsville High School.  Sharon was a Christian lady.  She was an avid reader, and she loved the Christmas season. 

Left behind to cherish Sharon’s memory are her son Michael Beers of Sheffield, PA; her daughters: Barbara Beers of Clarion, PA and Katina Fauzey of Brookville, PA.   She is further survived by two brothers, two sisters, fourteen grandchildren as well as great grandchildren.

Sharon’s family and friends are welcome to call on Monday, November 28, 2022, from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the Borden Funeral Home of Sheffield.  Funeral services will follow at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Ruth Ann Varrato officiating.  Burial will be private.
