Paula Marie Knox

Paula Marie Knox, 59, of Sheffield, PA, passed away peacefully Sunday afternoon October 6, 2024, at her home with her loving family by her side. 

Paula was born on December 15, 1965, in New Jersey, the daughter of the late Eugene McCune and Alice Phillips McCune. 

Paula graduated from Freedom High School.  She worked for over 30 years in retail, most recently at the Tops market in Sheffield. Paula loved her Irish Heritage, green was her favorite color, her favorite holiday was St. Patrick’s Day, and she loved baking and made the best mini reubens.  She loved nature and loved house plants and her outdoor flowers.  Paula especially cherished the time that she spent with her only granddaughter Aliauna.

Left behind to cherish Paula’s memory are her fiancé and life partner, Karl Weidner, of Sheffield: three daughters, Kristina Knox and her partner Andrew Beck, and Natasha Knox, both of Conway, PA and Amanda Knox, of Sheffield, PA; and her granddaughter Aliauna Powell, and a brother, Eugene McCune and his wife Erma, of South Carolina.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a sister, Lori McCune.

At Paula’s request all services will be private. Paula’s family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made in Paula’s honor to the Warren Cancer Center, 105 Lee Street, Warren, PA 16365.
