Marsha Anne Webster 79 of Warren, PA passed away Sunday afternoon January 28, 2024, at Saint Vincent Hospital in Erie Pa. There will be no calling hours or services observed. Arrangements are under the care of the Borden Funeral Home in Sheffield, Pa.
