Elmer Lee Fry, Jr. 55 of Warren, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 12,2026 at Warren General Hospital. He was born in Warren, PA on February 18, 1971, the son of the late Elmer L. Fry, Sr. and Nancy A. Lineman Fry.
Elmer attended Sheffield High School and went on to complete a course at the Driving Academy in Florida where he obtained his CDL and was employed as a truck driver for most of his life. Elmer was of the Baptist Faith. Elmer was an avid Dallas Cowboys and NASCAR fan; he especially loved Dale Ernhardt. He loved traveling and had visited 39 states, loved fishing and Christmas was his favorite holiday. Elmer especially loved his children, grandchildren and his nieces and nephews.
Left behind to cherish Elmer’s memory are his wife Deloris I. (Perrin) Fry; his daughters, Jessica (Keith) Sheldon and Emily (Marsha) Nash, both Warren; his son in law, Andy-John Nash, of Warren; grandchildren, Archie, Cynthia, and Dean; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, George Shenk and Daniel Fry, who passed away on March 4, 2026, and a sister, Tammy Milham.
There will be no calling hours or services observed. A small family memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
