Duane R. Wagner, Sr., 64, a lifelong resident of Clarendon, PA passed away peacefully early Wednesday afternoon, June 12, 2024, at Warren Manor. Duane was born on December 22, 1959, the son of the late Arthur Wagner and Molly (Uber) Wagner. He was a graduate of Sheffield High School. He worked for many years as a self-employed contractor. Duane liked to hunt and fish and was a member of Clarendon’s VFW. He was a master tinkerer and loved taking things apart and the challenge of putting them back together again. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially his grandchildren.
Left behind to cherish Duane’s memory are his sons: Steven Wagner (Jennifer) of Warren and Duane Wagner, Jr. of Warren; his daughters: Kara Wagner of Warren, and Melinda McLaughlin of Crawford County, PA. He is also survived by his brother Douglas Wagner (Zina) of Clarendon and his sister Debbie Haley (Joe), Buffalo, NY. He is further survived by his grandchildren: Duane, Jakob, Ryleigh, Evelyn, Phoenix, and Noah and several nieces and nephews and also by his faithful cat, Sassy. Duane is predeceased by his father Arthur, his mother, Molly, his brother, Daniel Wagner and his granddaughter Kayle Dawn Littlefield as well as a niece, Nicole (Nikki) Watson.
