Daniel Allen McIntosh 69 of Warren, PA passed away early Friday morning June 12, 2020, at Warren General Hospital. He was born in Kane, PA on December 19, 1950 to Clarence L. McIntosh Sr. and Genevieve Cora (Walton) McIntosh. Daniel was a graduate of Warren High School. He was protestant by faith. He was formally employed as a maintenance worker for Elk Twp. Daniel was a member of The Chief Cornplanter American Legion Post 135 in Warren PA. In his spare time he enjoyed going hunting and fishing. He took great enjoyment in taking things apart and the challenge of putting them back together. Above all else, his greatest enjoyment was the love he showed towards his family, especially his children and grandchildren and being a special brother to his siblings as he held a special place in their hearts. Left behind to cherish Daniel’s memory are his daughters Katherine McIntosh and Genevieve McIntosh both of Jamestown, NY, his brothers Ricky McIntosh of Sugar Grove, Richard L. McIntosh of Jamestown NY, and Jeffrey McIntosh of Warren, his sisters Joy Colburn of Dunkirk, NY, Linda Clancy of Charlotte, NC, Debra Nelson of Warren, PA, and Rose Suzette Losco of Ohio. He is further survived by several grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Cindy Brailey McIntosh, a daughter Candy Jo McIntosh, his brothers Clarence L McIntosh, Jr. and Samuel R. McIntosh. Daniel’s family will welcome family and friends on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 from 11 am to 1 pm at the Borden Funeral Home of Sheffield. Services will be held at 1 pm at the Funeral Home with the Rev. Douglas Brink, Pastor of the Sheffield United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be at the Sheffield Cemetery.
