Cody Good

Cody R. Good, 35, of Smethport, Pennsylvania passed away unexpectedly Friday, May 26, 2023, at his home in Smethport.  He was born February 15, 1988, in Coudersport, PA, the son of Robert and Nancy (Gorton) Good.  Cody held several jobs within the area over the years.  His hobbies included moto cross – 4 wheelers, fishing and he was an avid fan of the New Orleans Saints, his favorite team.  Above everything, he loved his children unconditionally. 

Left behind to cherish Cody’s memory are his wife Ashley Good of Warren; three daughters, Summer and Rylee Good and Hailey Milford; his parents Robert and Nancy Good of Smethport; two sisters, Kelly Jo Martin of Portville, NY and Tanya (Patrick Miller) Silvis of Kane, PA; along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

A memorial service will be held for Cody on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in the Free Christian Evangelical Church of Smethport, Pine St with the Reverend B. J. Simms, Pastor, presiding.  Memorials, if desired may be made to the American Heart Association or McKean County SPCA.  Final Arrangements are under the care of the Borden Funeral Home in Sheffield, PA and the Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Home in Smethport, PA.
