Beverly Ann Crisman, 86, a lifelong resident of Sheffield passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday evening, September 7, 2023. She was born in Mayburg, PA on October 7, 1936, the daughter of Kenneth Littlefield and Opal (Shepard) Littlefield. She was employed by the Blair Corporation in Warren, PA, retiring in 1997. She married John Harry Crisman in June of 1952. Beverly was Methodist by faith. Among some of her hobbies were shopping, crocheting and doing crosswords. You could find her reading an Amish novel. Christmas was her favorite Holiday as she loved entertaining for people especially her family whom she dearly loved. She looked forward to all of her family coming home for a home cooked meal. Cooking was a joy for her.
Left behind to cherish Beverly’s memory are her daughter Debra Kemper and her husband Dennis of Sheffield, a brother James Littlefield and his wife Phyllis of Clarendon; several grandchildren: Samuel Bishop (Sharon), Amanda Campbell (Louis), Gwendalyn Jones (Shane), Allison Lankford (Kyle), Zachary Crisman, Shelbie Crisman and TJ Crisman; and great grandchildren: Danah Campbell (Jenna); Kyle Jones; Carter Campbell, and Jacob Lankford. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband John Harry Crisman in March, 2012; brothers and sisters: Dan Littlefield, Francis Littlefield, Kenneth Littlefield, Jr., Elaine Olsen, Maxine Schrader, Deanne Huddleson, and Carole Littlefield; her son, Timothy John Crisman, her grandson, Dana Crisman and her daughter-in-law Charlotte Crisman.
There will be no public calling hours or services observed. Private family services were held on Sunday, September 10, 2023, with Pastor Ruth Ann Varrato presiding. Burial took place at the Sheffield Cemetery on Monday September 11, 2023. The family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made to Paws Along the River, 212 Elm St., Warren, PA.
