Rebecca R. (Becky) Copley, 82 of Sheffield passed away Tuesday afternoon, October 12, 2021 at the Lutheran Home of Kane. She was born in Sheffield on September 4, 1939, the daughter of Leo Zandi and Gladys Stroup Zandi. Becky gained employment at the New Process Company and Warren State Hospital. She was United Methodist by faith and belonged to the Sheffield United Methodist Church.
Becky loved to play cards and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. She was an outstanding cook and baker. She loved baking for her family as well as giving to her friends of the Sheffield Community. Above all else, Becky was so very proud of her family. She loved spending every minute she could with her children and grandchildren. She was a dear, kind lady who will be greatly missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
Left behind to cherish Becky’s memory are her sons Richard Scott Copley (Kim), Robin L. Copley (Paula Platko) and Corey B. Copley (Tara) as well as eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She is further survived by her faithful companion, Colby, her dog.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Larry E. Copley and one brother, Richard Zandi.
