Sarha DeeAnn Young

Sarha DeeAnn Young, 36, of Sheffield, PA passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Wed, May 5, 2021.  She was born August 30 ^th 1984 in Sanora, CA. The daughter of the late Ada Lawson and Eric Gable.  She grew up in Sheffield and attended Sheffield schools. After graduating, she went to work at the Rouse home and became a CNA. Then she later went to school through BOCES to become an LPN.  Sarha had a passion for nursing and always wanted to care for people, but she had special place in her heart for the elderly. Aside from the Rouse, she also worked for the Warren Manor, Golden Living and Warren Obstetrics.

Sarha loved music and anything outdoors. She enjoyed kayaking, camping, 4 wheeler rides, and friends. On October 12, 2019, she married Scott Young the love of her life. Together they created a beautiful blended family.

Left behind to cherish Sarha's memory are her children Braydn, Carson, Karli, Kelsi, Kenzi, Eric, Eli, and Marissa,  her "other  mother" Deena Gable, two sisters Jesselyne Winslow (Leroy), their children, Conner, Braylon, and Owen. And Janell Gable (Mark Sunberg); their children Jesse, Brooke, Lilly and Camryn. A step Brother Mathew Parsley (Stephanie) their children:  Jared, Caden, and Morgan.  She is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. Sarha is preceded in death by her mother, Ada Lawson, a niece, Macie Winslow and a cousin Jody Lawson, and a sister in law Crystal Bell.

Sarah's family will welcome family and friends on Friday from 6PM- 8PM and also from 11AM to 12PM on Saturday May 8, 2021 funeral Services will follow at 12PM at the Funeral Home with Holly Stimmell Minister Officiating .  If desired memorial donations may be made to the Borden Funeral Home PO Box 4 Sheffield, PA 16347 to help defray funeral expenses.
