Rory B. Pollaro, 66, of Warren, PA, passed away on July 24, 2026. Rory was born on May 16, 1960, in Jamestown, NY to the late Anthony “Oats” Pollaro and Alberta Betote Pollaro.

Rory loved his kids, grandkids and siblings and had a great love for baseball, especially the Chicago Cubs and the Green Bay Packers. He also loved poetry, politics and journalism.

He worked as a reporter for the Jamestown Post Journal and then as the editor for the Warren Times Observer. He also worked at WNY News Now.

He is survived by his children, Benjamin (Allie) Pollaro, Christine (Devin) Perez, and Lillian Gordon (Tobias), his grandchildren Tony, Odin, Ronin, Omi, Damon, Kaydin, Saphire, Mikey and Max, and his siblings, Benjamin Pollaro and Faline (Tim) Speas.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant brother Tony Pollaro, a sister Roxanne Goodwill and a brother Sterling Pollaro.
