Linda Malmrose, 78, of Clarendon, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 18, 2022, at UPMC Hamot Hospital after a short illness.  She was born in Warren in January of 1944, the daughter of John Yusko of Sheffield and Beatrice (Bea) Brandt Yusko of Erie.  Linda was a 1962 Graduate of Sheffield High School.  She gained employment at Blair Corporation and retired from Dollar General, both in Warren.  She married Larry Malmrose on May 1, 1965.  He preceded her in death in 1980 as well as her son John Malmrose who passed away in 1987. Linda was Roman Catholic by faith.  She was an avid reader, especially romance novels.

Left behind to cherish Linda's memory are her daughter Elizabeth Malmrose Knoell, and a special family friend, Rhonda Eck.

Visitation for Linda Malmrose will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 from 12 :00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Borden Funeral Home of Sheffield.  A blessing service will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home with Father Stephen Schreiber of St. Anthony's Roman Catholic church conferring.  Following the blessing service, Pastor Tyler White, a family friend, will speak.  Burial will follow at Barnes Cemetery.
