Donell Sharel Dalrymple, 65, of Sheffield passed away unexpectedly early Sunday morning October 10, 2021 at her home.  She was born in Phillipsburg New Jersey on December 14, 1955, the daughter of the late Donald Vernon and Geraldine (Meyers) Vernon.  Donell was Protestant by faith.  She enjoyed house plants and flower gardening had a special place in her heart for animals especially her dogs Jett, Skippy and Bambi.  She would relax by playing bingo or by playing Farmville Facebook games.

Left behind to cherish Donell's memory are her husband George Dalrymple at home; three sons, William Hann, Jr. (Heather Gilbert), George Dalrymple, Jr., Donald Dalrymple, two daughters, Donell (Hann) Dunbar (Steven Greenleaf), Geraldine (Dalrymple) Bernard (Ryan Bernard), a sister Doreen Zeruth.  She is further survived by her grandchildren Billy, Mason, Aspen Hann, Emma Sue and Thomas Blanchard, Wyatt and Kyra Coburn.  She was preceded in death by her parents, a son in law, Eric Dunbar, and a brother Lonnie Palmer and a Grandaughter Mackenzie Coburn.

Donell's family will welcome family & friends on Thursday October 14th, 2021 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Borden Funeral Home of Sheffield.  Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, October 15, 2021 at the Funeral Home with Pastor Ruth Ann Varrotto officiating.  Burial will take place at the Barnes Cemetery
