Billy Ray Fiscus, two months old, was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, August 1, 2021.  He was born on June 1, 2021, in Warren.  The son of William H. Fiscus and Heather Maher, Billy was the apple of his father's eye.  He loved his stuffed animals especially seahorses.  His favorite toy was his light up musical seahorse.  Billy was full of love and happiness and there are no words that can express how much he will be missed.

Left behind to cherish Billy's memory are his parents, William H. Fiscus and Heather Maher, his twin brother, Bobby Fiscus, his step brother Tyler Maher and step sister Lily Maines, his Paternal.Grand Parents, Larry A. Fiscus and Kathleen C. Fiscus, his Maternal Grand Parents, Robert Maher and Sherrie McVaughn, his Great Grandma Frances Harrity, his Aunt Kate Barnes, his Aunt Jennifer Akers as well as several other aunts, uncles, great aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his uncles, Ron Barnes and Lawrence Livingston.

Private Family Visitation and Funeral Services will be held at the Borden Funeral Home of Sheffield, Pennsylvania.  Services will be held at the Funeral with Lutheran Pastor Randall Frenz officiating.  Burial will take place at the Sheffield Cemetery.
