Billie Jean Kellington, 60, of Sheffield passed away on January 18, 2024, at UPMC Hamot Hospital in Erie, PA.  Billie was born on April 22, 1963, in Portland Oregon to Richard Oetken and Mary (Paulsen) Oetken.

Billie was a very family-oriented person who loved spending quality time with her husband and children. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who thoroughly enjoyed family get-togethers and the holidays with Christmas and Valentine's Day being her favorites.  She loved the summer months, swimming, and bowling.  In her younger years, she enjoyed playing softball.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband Vance of Sheffield, son, William R. (Jillian) Kellington of Oregon and daughter Lisa Kellington of St. Mary's PA as well as granddaughter Evelyn Kellington.  She is further survived by a sister Bobbie (Pat) McDonald of Oregon and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Jimmy Oetken, and two sisters Brenda and Becky Oetken.

A Celebration of Billie Jean's life will be celebrated on Sunday, February 4, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Papalia residence, 42 Utah Rd., Sheffield, PA  16347.
